Improvement of scars by stimulation of collagen
The tracks most often used to stimulate the production of collagen are:
- Microdermabrasion and/or
- Superficial peelings or
- Mesotherapy (TMT)
These treatments, especially if they are repeated regularly and to adequate daily products, are really effective to stimulate the collagen of the superficial DermIS. This clinically led to the improvement of grain and tone of the skin in general, as well as a unification of the complexion.
Maintenance must be done regularly (two (2) to three (3) times per year, but no special precaution is necessary. These treatments can be practiced even in the summer.
The use of lasers
• Laserinfra-red close at 1064 nm
This is the area of laser YAG pulsed micro (LaserGenesis). Its action is to heat the DermIS in a uniform and constant manner (bulk heating in English). By very precise heating to a temperature between 45 and 55 C, part of the superficial DermIS, collagen production is stimulated. This same phenomenon takes place at a meeting of Photorejuvenation (see this chapter).
The best indication is the tightening of pores and improvement of small wrinkles.
The so-called laser fractiones
- Non-ablatifs fractionated lasers
- Average infra-red lasers (Affirm) 1440nm, 1320nm & 1540nm (LUX1540)
These lasers are microscopic spaces between the columns of heated collagen healthy skin. The best indication is:
-a pore tightening
-improvement of the complexion
-prevention of wrinkles for the Affirm
-improvement of certain depressed scars or stretch marks for STX 1540.
Approximately twelve (12) hours edema and maquillable redness of approximately came-four (24) to thirty-six (36) hours following. Usually these treatments are therefore consistent with social and professional life normal. Count of four (4) to eight (8) sessions at 1 x/month depending on the indication.
- Laser ablative fractiones
- CO2 lasers (Active / Deep FX – Lumenis)
- YSGG 2790 (Pearl – will run)
- 2940 Erbium (Erbium – Palomar)
These three (3) lasers remove microscopic column of skin. The effect, especially on wrinkles, is much more radical than with non-ablative lasers. On the other hand, should be updating the (down time) gap in the social and professional life of four (4) to eight (8) days depending on the indication.
One (1) to two (2) sessions are usually recommended.
- PRP or plasma rich platelets
- Ablative or sanding
- Vascular lesions
- Soft lifting by absorbable tensor threads
- Restructuring of the facial volumes
- Laser hair removal
- Pigmented lesions
- Tattoo removal
- Injectable products
- Body shaping
- Improvement of stretch marks
- Improvement of scars
- Legs beauty
